Hwylog Arnold was brought by William Wenham senior as a foal from the Brightwells October sale in 1997. Arnold has been shown on a numerous of occasions but is manily used as our stud stallion.
He has sired many of our horses at Montel Stud being sire to Montel King Louie and our wagon mare Montel Polly Pocket.

Tinker (as he is none at home) was born in 1996 and was purchased by us as yearling from the Brightwells October sale. Since being owned by Montel Stud he has been a sucessful competitor inhand standing 3rd at Royal Welsh Agricultural Show in 1999, standing 2nd at Lampeter Stallion show in 2006, also being a supreme champion on numerous of occasions and also being awarded a bronze medal.
Aswell as being very sucessful inhand he is also a very sucessful horse in many preformances. Being broken to ride and drive by us as 4 year old he spent 2007 season under saddle where he has also been a supreme champion and stood 4th at the Royal Welsh Agricultural Show.
In 2008 he has only been shown handful of times due to stud commitments, so we decided that he has been a sucessful competitor inhand and ridden so we tried the driving preformances. In April he was placed in a butchers cart for the trade and took place in the London Harness Horse Parade. On 10th August he took place in the private drive in a stick back gig and won the congour de elegance also being placed with a trophy.
He not just a good competitor himself he also has a produces successful stock which can be seen.
